How we count revenue, and why the window is five days

Email tools like to count every order placed within a few days of an open. Opens are unreliable since Apple Mail began loading every image, so that number flatters the email.

Wren counts an order only when it follows a click, within five days. You can shorten the window to one day, and Scale adds holdout groups so you can see what would have sold anyway.
