Terms of service
Last updated September 1, 2026. These terms apply when you use Wren.
Your account
You need to be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms for your business. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
What you can send
Only send email and texts to people who asked to hear from you. Purchased, rented or scraped lists are not allowed, and neither is content that is illegal or misleading.
We may pause sending from an account that breaks these rules or puts other stores’ deliverability at risk, and we will tell you why.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars. Your price changes only when your active contacts pass a tier, and we email you a week before it does.
Yearly plans are refunded for unused months if you cancel. Monthly plans end at the close of the billing month.
Your content and data
You own your content, your lists and your store data. You give us permission to process them only to provide Wren to you.
Uptime and support
We aim for 99.9 percent uptime each month and post incidents on our status page. Support replies within the time your plan lists.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time from settings. We can end it with 30 days notice, or right away for serious breaches of these terms.
Liability
Wren is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Contact
Questions about these terms go to legal@wrenmail.co.
Bring your list over this afternoon
Free up to 500 contacts. Moving from Klaviyo or Mailchimp? We bring your lists, templates and flows across, and your old account keeps sending until you switch.

Most stores are sending from Wren before the afternoon pick-up.
