Last updated September 1, 2026. This policy covers wrenmail.co and the Wren app.
What we collect
Account details you give us: your name, work email and store address.
Store data you connect: orders, products and customer profiles from Shopify, WooCommerce or Stripe, which we process for you to send your emails and texts.
Usage data: pages you visit in the app and the actions you take, so we can fix problems and improve Wren.
How we use it
We use your store data only to run the flows, campaigns and reports you set up. We never sell it, never use one store’s customers for another store, and never train models on it that other stores use.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run Wren, such as our hosting, email delivery and text message partners, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
Ad platforms you connect yourself, when you sync a segment to Meta, Google, TikTok or Pinterest.
How long we keep it
Store data stays while your account is open. When you close it, we delete store data within 30 days and backups within 90 days.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data from settings at any time. Your customers can unsubscribe from any email or text, and we honor it within two minutes.
If you live in California or the EU, you have extra rights to access and delete personal data. Email privacy@wrenmail.co and we answer within 30 days.
